Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered to Japan. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees may be charged during customs clearance and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment time
Payment is confirmed when the order is completed. For credit card payments, the billing date and withdrawal date will depend on the terms of the customer’s credit card company.

When the goods will be shipped
Products will be shipped in 1–3 days after order confirmation, based on our normal business days. Delivery may be delayed due to shipping conditions, customs procedures, weather, courier circumstances, or other unavoidable reasons.

Return and refund
Please contact us by email within 2 days of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for unused and unopened products. For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, the customer shall bear the return shipping fees and any related costs. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will handle the return or exchange at our expense.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
