Formed from solidified serum, its hydrogel structure adheres closely across the skin, becoming a medium for soothing care that completes the ritual.

All orders are shipped from Korea. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after shipment. Shipping is free.

If your product has a confirmed defect, return shipment is not required unless otherwise requested by SLOAID. Please contact us with a description of the issue and photos showing the defective part. Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement.

Refund


If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please contact us with a description of the issue and photos of the defective part. Once confirmed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually take approximately 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@sloaid.com.

Return & Refund


For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Information

Maxellize™, a second-generation hydrogel innovation technology, is applied to create a hydrogel mask in which highly concentrated essence is stably solidified within a gel matrix.

After being applied to the skin, it is designed with an adhesive structure that does not easily slide down or detach, while allowing the highly concentrated essence to be continuously released for more than 8 hours. It is also designed to minimize the tendency of the mask to warm easily due to skin temperature and to help maintain the hydrogel’s inherent cooling condition for a longer period.

The Key Insight
With just one mask application, multiple skin-related indicators — including calming, tone, sebum balance, radiance, and wrinkle-related markers — showed changes, helping the skin appear more stable, clear, and refined.

In an internal clinical test using the MarkView 3D skin analysis system, reductions in redness, sebum, melanin, brown pigmentation, and wrinkle-related indicators were observed after 1 and 7 uses, along with improvements in radiance and skin tone indicators. In particular, after 7 uses, melanin decreased by up to approximately 59.5%, brown pigmentation by up to approximately 56.3%, sebum by up to approximately 38.1%, wrinkle-related indicators by up to approximately 30.8%, and porphyrin by approximately 68%.

Redness Improvement

A reduction in redness indicators was observed after using the hydrogel mask. In an internal test conducted on a 65-year-old male subject, redness levels decreased by approximately 31% after 7 uses.

Melanin Reduction

Melanin indicators showed a decreasing trend in the internal test. A 65-year-old male subject showed an approximately 59.5% reduction after 7 uses, while a 35-year-old female subject showed an approximately 46.7% reduction after 1 use.

Brown Pigment Reduction

Brown pigmentation indicators decreased in both subjects after 7 uses. Based on the internal test, the 65-year-old male subject showed an approximately 25% reduction, while the 35-year-old female subject showed an approximately 56.3% reduction.

Radiance Increase

Radiance indicators showed an increasing trend after use. In particular, in the internal test conducted on the 65-year-old male subject, the radiance indicator increased from 1 to 13 after 7 uses.

Sebum Reduction

Sebum indicators showed a decreasing trend after use. Based on the internal test, the 65-year-old male subject showed an approximately 38.1% reduction after 7 uses, while the 35-year-old female subject showed an approximately 31.6% reduction after 1 use.

Wrinkle-Related Indicator Reduction

Wrinkle-related indicators showed a decreasing trend after repeated use. Based on the internal test, the 65-year-old male subject showed an approximately 11.8% reduction, while the 35-year-old female subject showed an approximately 30.8% reduction.

Porphyrin Reduction

In the internal test conducted on the 35-year-old female subject, porphyrin indicators decreased by approximately 68% after 7 uses.

Improvement in Skin Age Indicator

According to the MarkView analysis, the skin age indicator showed an improving trend after repeated use. The 65-year-old male subject showed a displayed reduction of 6 years after 7 uses, while the 35-year-old female subject showed a displayed reduction of 3 years after 7 uses.

Through advanced release-control engineering, it achieves over 3x greater active ingredient release compared to similar products, enabling a more precise and efficient delivery of active ingredients.

How long can I use it?

The ingredients in DEFINE Ampoule can be found in the full ingredient list. It is a focused ampoule designed to bring texture care, hydration, comfort, and skin-condition care together in one balanced serum.
How is it different from other gel masks?

0° Hydrogel Mask is a hydrogel mask in which the serum essence itself is solidified into a gel structure.
Unlike conventional gel masks that are often thick or focused on partial care, it features a thin patented gel structure with exceptional adhesion, allowing it to stay in place even during active movement.
It is also designed to remain minimally affected by temperature changes caused by skin heat.
The mask is light-transmissive, making it suitable for use with certain beauty devices.
It is recommended for skin that feels heated, tired, or stressed, as well as for calming-focused finishing care after clinic treatments.
Does it need to be refrigerated?

Refrigeration is not required. However, if you want a cooler feel, you may briefly store it in the refrigerator before use. It is recommended to store the product in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Can sensitive skin use it?

It is designed to care for the skin comfortably so that it can be used by sensitive skin. However, skin condition may vary from person to person. If your skin is sensitive or easily irritated, it is recommended to start with a shorter use time. Discontinue use if any discomfort occurs.
