If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@sloaid.com as soon as possible before the product is shipped.
Once the product has already been shipped, it may not be possible to change the shipping address.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of the packaging and product as soon as possible if there is any visible damage.
