1. Research Report [CELLOUP-EGF]
A 4-week human application study and supporting in-vitro evaluation on skin soothing, moisturization, pore appearance, texture improvement, cell penetration, skin cell activity, wound-healing activity, and moisturizing-related HAS-2 expression using CELLOUP-EGF
Key Evidence:
 In a 4-week human application study of a CELLOUP-EGF-containing cosmetic product, statistically significant improvements were confirmed in multiple skin-condition indicators after 2 and 4 weeks of use. After 4 weeks, the product showed 8.26% improvement in skin soothing index, 31.07% improvement in skin moisturization, 44.65% improvement in pore appearance, and 15.71% improvement in skin texture.
Supporting in-vitro studies also confirmed that CELLOUP-EGF showed up to 32.4-fold higher cell penetration compared with conventional EGF, increased cell viability up to approximately 170% in keratinocytes and 130% in fibroblasts, increased wound-healing activity up to approximately 200%, and increased HAS-2 expression related to hyaluronic acid synthesis up to approximately 153%. Safety evaluation further indicated that CELLOUP-EGF was non-irritant to the skin, not classified for ocular irritation under UN GHS, and non-phototoxic.
